When you visit our website, general information is automatically collected (server log files): browser type, operating system, referrer URL, IP address. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in error-free operation). Retention: maximum 7 days.

When you contact us via the form, we store your details (name, email, shipping country, message, and optionally subject and instrument) to process the enquiry and for follow-up questions. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) for enquiries without purchase intent. Data is delivered via our email provider Zoho Mail (Zoho Corporation B.V., EU). Your data is deleted once your enquiry is fully processed and no statutory retention obligations apply — usually after 24 months. To protect against spam, your IP address is briefly stored in a database operated by Upstash Inc. (servers in Frankfurt, EU) when you submit the form, in order to limit the number of requests per sender. The entry is deleted automatically after 30 minutes at the latest. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

This website uses only technically necessary cookies: one cookie that stores your language choice and one cookie that sets the currency for the non-binding price display. The currency is derived from the country indicated by your IP address. Only the currency code (e.g. “EUR”) is stored, not your IP address or location. The currency cookie is deleted after 30 days. No consent is required for this under § 25(2)(2) TDDDG. No tracking or advertising cookies are set.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (Vercel Inc., USA) to understand which pages are visited and how fast they load. Both services work without cookies and without cross-device tracking. Data collected includes the page visited, the referrer URL, the approximate country, browser, operating system, device type and loading times. Visitors are not personally identified: for counting purposes a hash value is created that is discarded after 24 hours. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functioning, fast website).

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA). Data transfer to the USA is secured under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF). Email delivery from the contact form runs via Zoho Mail (EU servers). Data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR are in place with these providers.

This website uses SSL encryption to protect the transmission of confidential content (recognisable by the lock icon and 'https://' prefix in your address bar).
